Family Friend Pet Care is insured with a general liability policy through Business Insurers of the Carolinas. Copies of our certificate of insurance are provided upon request.
To ensure your piece of mind, our company and all employees are bonded. Being bonded is our promise to you that your pet and home are in safe, trustworthy hands and we stand behind our exceptional services.
Payment for all services is due on or before the first day of service. Clients may pay online via PayPal or leave a cash/check payment in a pre-determined area of the home.
Accepted forms of payment include:
* A $30 fee is applied for all returned checks. Any additional bank fees charged to Family Friend Pet Care, Inc. due to the returned check, will be passed onto the client.
If a scheduled visit must be cancelled or you return home earlier than expected, please call (919) 800-7259 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to rebook the time.
The following schedule applies to all cancellations:
Recurring Mid-Day Dog Walks
In-Home Pet Sits, Pet Taxi, House Sits, etc.
Clients who need to cancel a in-home pet sit must call or email 48 hours prior to the first day of the scheduled service. Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours notice will be charged their normal visit rate.
Clients who need to cancel an in-home pet sit that is scheduled over a major holiday must cancel seven (7) days prior to the first day of scheduled service. Clients who cancel with less than seven (7) days notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
